PAC -PLAN / SERIOUS ILLNESS CONVERSATION EVENTS

In 2018 and 2019, a series of workshops will be held across health boards in wales, designed to help professionals improve communication skills and advanced care planning skills. Each LHB will be holding 2 events, a year apart.
